Ernesto Mané was a visiting research scholar at SGS for 2019-2020. Mané holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics (2009) from the University of Manchester (UK), and spent three years (2009-2012) at the Canadian Laboratory for Particle and Nuclear Physics (TRIUMF) as a postdoctoral fellow. He then joined the Brazilian Diplomatic Corps in 2014 and has been working in the field of disarmament and nonproliferation for the past four years.
