The virtual seminar will be held from 12:30 to 2:00 pm (ET).

China’s nuclear, space and cyber strategies are increasingly intersecting with those of the United States and Russia. China has recently expanded its range of military capabilities in a number of domains, including in anti-satellite weaponry, multiple independently targetable reentry vehicles, cyber and artificial intelligence, intercontinental ballistic missile silos, and most recently a test of a hypersonic glide vehicle coupled with a fractional orbital bombardment system. This talk will explore changes in China’s strategic posture and technologies and their impact on multidomain deterrence, as well as what they may signify for U.S.-China strategic stability and for the future of strategic dialogues.
